Accessing Your Course Certificate

• Certificate Availability: Certificates are typically available within 48-72 business hours after course completion. At the latest, they will be available within 7 calendar days.

• Need Help? If it’s been 8+ calendar days and your certificate is still unavailable in your portal, please contact us.

How to Access Your Certificate

1. Use the same email address you used to sign up for the course.

2. First time logging in? Click "First Time User?" above the green "Login" button to create your account.

Important Notes

• If your certificate is available, your course completion has already been reported to your Licensing Board.

• Boards may take up to 7 business days to update your license record.
