I was born and raised in Eastern North Carolina where I currently reside. I was licensed in Real Estate in 2003 and have over 20 years of experience in the fields of Real Estate, Mortgage, Finance and Insurance.
I am the co-founder of Chartered 2 Change, a non-profit designed to equip young people with the knowledge and experience to succeed in life by awarding them opportunities to explore their dreams, enhance their gifts and talents, and see life outside of their immediate communities.
You can expect me to bring both knowledge and enthusiasm to the classroom as I have a true passion for teaching, mentoring and sharing my life experiences with others.

Renee Hornor | Renee@SkylineSchool.net
Licensed NC Real Estate Instructor
As an NCREC certified instructor and Broker in Charge for Hornor Realty, LLC at Premier
South in Huntersville, NC, Renee has been a respected figure in the real estate industry
since 2016.
Her impressive achievements include receiving the Vane Mingle Rookie of the Year
Award from Charlotte's Realtor Association in her inaugural year. Renee has also earned
professional designations as a Strategic Pricing Specialist and Certified Real Estate
Negotiator, and she is recognized as an Endorsed Local Provider with the esteemed
Dave Ramsey Franchise.
Before venturing into real estate, Renee devoted 23 years to teaching math and science
at the high school level, highlighting her commitment to education. In various roles such
as department chair, curriculum developer, new instructor mentor, and ACSI
accreditation evaluator, she refined her skills as an educator and effective
communicator.

Dennis Miller | Dennis@SkylineSchool.net
Licensed NC Real Estate Instructor
As a licensed NC real instructor for over 20 years, Dennis brings a wealth of real estate knowledge to the real estate classroom. Having sold over $300 Million in new homes, Dennis has been among the top new home sales representatives in the country.
Dennis has a BBA from the University of Houston, and an MBA in corporate finance from Strayer University. Besides teaching for Fonville Center for Real Estate Studies, Dennis has also been a college professor for over 20 years.
Dennis has held several top management positions in the real estate industry: Director of a national new home builder, VP of operations, VP of sales & marketing, and has been among the country’s top ten new homes sales representatives two times.
Dennis has three daughters and eight grandchildren. He earned his Black Belt in Tae-Kwon-Do in 2002, in Raleigh NC.
Dennis currently resides in Greensboro, NC, and in Myrtle Beach, SC, with his lovely wife, Connie.

Eric Weaver | Eric@SkylineSchool.net
Licensed NC Real Estate Instructor
I have has over fourteen years of brokerage experience in North Carolina. I have worked at and won sales awards from three international franchise brokerages. I have served as the broker in charge of a nationally franchised real estate office as well. I am currently the broker/owner of my own small firm general brokerage, Flatwoods Realty.

I am an adjunct instructor for the University of Mount Olive and I also have experience teaching at the community college level for four different community colleges. I am an active law enforcement and CPR instructor in North Carolina as well.
​
What this all adds up to is that I want YOU to succeed and I have the tools to help you do it. I personally want every student that comes through our classes to succeed at the level that they want to!
I have also been a law enforcement officer since 1995 and have my Master of Public Administration degree.
I live on a small farm in the Bennett community in Randolph County, near Chatham and Moore counties. I am married to Christina Weaver, and have two children, Eric Jr. and Anna, two step-children, Andrew and Kathryn, a dog, three cats, and about a hundred thousand bees.

Joe Keller | Joe@SkylineSchool.net
Licensed NC General Contractor Instructor
Joe Keller is a licensed general contractor and the CEO of The TBC Companies, a construction group that operates a range of organizations from roofing and renewable energy and general construction to underground utility locating and electrical contracting.
He has been in the construction industry for most of his life and has worked in all phases of construction, including 5 years as a training, operations & development consultant for a global restaurant company where he created & facilitated coursework for business, leadership, and organizational development courses.
