So you missed the CE Deadline...now what?
Well Commission Rule 58A .1703 dictates that the following must be done to activate your license after you have gone inactive due to a CE Deficiency:
If a broker’s license has been inactive for less than 2 years and there is a CE deficiency, complete the current year’s GenUp course and 1 elective, then take either 1 or 2 more elective courses to make up the number of hours not taken in the previous license year (16 hour maximum). Then submit form 2.08.
So what does this mean for you? Well let's take a look at some different situations:
Completely Missed CE Last Year
This means that you need to take 1 Update Course and 3 Elective CE Courses in order to activate your license if you completely missed your CE last year.

Took an Update or Elective CE Course Last Year, but not both
If you only took one CE class last year (either an Update or an Elective) then you only need to take 1 Update Course and 2 Elective CE Courses.
