With a BBA from the University of Houston and an MBA in corporate finance from Strayer University, Dennis has a wealth of education and experience to share with his students.
Dennis is a seasoned professional, having held several top management positions in the real estate industry, and is recognized as one of the country's top ten new home sales representatives twice. He has sold over $300 Million in new homes, which is an incredible accomplishment. And if that wasn't enough, he's also a college professor with over 20 years of experience!
Dennis is not just any real estate instructor, he holds the highest designation an instructor can receive: the Distinguished Real Estate Instructor (DREI) from the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA). This designation was created to set the standard for excellence in real estate classroom instruction and to ensure that regulators and others can be confident in the instructor's mastery of subject matter, proven presentation ability, relevant experience, and superior teaching skills.
In addition to his DREI designation, Dennis is also a Gold Standard Instructor and holds several other designations related to working as a real estate agent, including a Master's in Residential Marketing and Certified New Home Sales Professional. But that's not all, he's also a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI), which means he's well-equipped to deliver top-notch virtual instruction.
