We're excited to announce that our self-paced post-licensing classes are now available for sign-up once again! Our team has been hard at work to provide you with the best possible education, and we're thrilled to say that we've made some significant changes to our course offerings based on student feedback.
Interactive and Engaging Video Courses
Our old text-based courses have been replaced with highly interactive video courses that are designed to make the learning experience more engaging and effective. Our video courses will keep you motivated and focused, and you'll be able to learn at your own pace.
New Low Price
We understand the importance of accessibility for our students, and that's why we've lowered the price for the post-licensing bundle which includes all 3 required classes. The new price is $550.00. We believe this new price will be affordable for many of our students and help you to reach your goals in the real estate industry.
New Final Exam Policy
In order to ensure that our students are fully prepared for the final exam, we have implemented a new policy where students will only have two attempts to pass the final exam with a score of 75 or better. This is to ensure that our students are well-prepared and confident in their knowledge before taking the exam.
New Virtual Proctoring System
We've also introduced a new virtual proctoring system that will put students 1:1 with the proctor. Due to how individualized the system is, students should plan to finish the course content at least 3 weeks before their course expires to ensure that they can get a testing slot before their course expiration.
Course Expiration
Courses will still expire exactly 180 days from the date and time that the course was purchased. So it is important to plan your time accordingly and make sure you complete the course within 180 days.
