Easy to go back and review all of the units of the course. Multiply opportunities to retake units and unit exams.

I was not sure I would like the format which was highlighted primarily with reading well-written summaries followed by general quizzing and coaching comments, finalized by a unit exam, which must be passed before going to next level; all without a primary instructor like I had for 301 and 302. The first 1 hour made me curious and the remaining was enjoyable after understanding the format. In fact, I do not know if I learned better but I felt like I remembered more. I learned a lot when I answered a question incorrectly when prompts were provided for clarification. I am a believer in this format, if you can stay focused.

I have a regular job and family obligations so I am taking these courses when I have time, so the self-paced version works out much better for my schedule.

I feel your course was excellent in targeting the ket points of each category or issue of real estate. It truly was the "cliff notes" of the real estate laws, rules and regulations. I would not hesitate in recommending your school, and I intend to take the one remaining post licensing class through you.
